Telecommunication - Retail

<li>Preparing and compiling reports.</li>
<li>Checking of commission payable and ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Reviewing of email correspondence and distribute to related branches for follow-up actions.</li>
<li>Review, communicate and disseminate all new products and upcoming marketing activities (e.g. promotions, events, etc.) to branches and provide necessary support to ensure success.</li>
<li>Compiling of requests sent by branches and direct requests to related parties for follow-up actions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide support to Area Managers in relation to all branch matters and raising alerts that require their follow-up actions.</li>
<li>Supporting all warehousing activities.</li>
<li>Checking and perform reconciliation of stock balance for all branches.</li>
<li>Rectify any inventory issues and ensure proper follow-up actions</li>
<li>Taking of minutes during meetings as and when required.</li>
<li>Attend to all matters regarding branch maintenance.</li>
<li>Rectifying RF as and when UM raises.</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.</li>

<li>To assist in organize, oversee monthly submission.</li>
<li>To assist in data research, market survey (travel if necessary).</li>
<li>Upkeep documents.</li>
</ul>
