Job Description

- Support sales team to perform daily data processing, preparing and managing all sales-related matters.

- Involve in the coordination of product loading and delivery to customers.

- Issue sales billing such as processing sales order, tax invoice etc.

- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

- To liaise with customers through phone calls and email.

- To ensure all documents and filing are well-kept.

- Handle sales enquiries and attend to customer's needs.

- Other ad-hoc as and when required.

Job Requirements

- At least a Diploma or equivalent certificate.

- At least 1 year of solid working experience as a Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator.

- Possess own transportation.

- Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Well-versed in Mandarin is an additional advantage.

- Matured personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
