- Handle store-level events, promotions, and marketing activities effectively.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese/local dialects.
- Energetic, sales-driven, and able to take full ownership of store operations.
- A proactive team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
