Ready to help parents and students find confident starts in maths? By working with us at PlayHub Maths Boardgame Academy, you'll join a small, hands-on team that teaches maths through boardgames and supports children across our centres.

As a Customer Service Intern you act as the backbone of our daily operations by handling parent enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and social media, coordinating Trial Class bookings, and keeping our CRM organised. Your clear follow-ups and accurate records ensure our centres run smoothly and families get timely support.

Your Growth & Impact

• Position yourself as the frontline communicator, sharpening WhatsApp, phone, and social media skills while engaging with parents and students.
• Build practical CRM experience by logging enquiries, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Gain scheduling and coordination experience by managing Trial Class bookings and liaising with our centres.
• Strengthen administrative and teamwork skills through daily operations tasks and cross-centre coordination.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Frontline Support & Communication

• Handle parent and student enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and social media with clear, friendly responses and timely follow-ups.
• Escalate and track any issues with centre staff until they are resolved.

Scheduling & CRM

• Coordinate Trial Class bookings, confirm schedules with parents and individual centres, and send reminders as needed.
• Log enquiries, update customer records and maintain follow-up tasks in our CRM to keep data accurate.

Operations & Administration

• Support daily centre operations with administrative tasks, basic data entry and cross-centre coordination.
• Collect parent feedback and suggest simple improvements to help the team deliver smoother experiences.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Comfortable communicating in English and Mandarin.
• Able to work from our office in Kota Damansara and available to work 5 days per week.
• Students from Business, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, Administration or related fields are welcome to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer systems.
• Willing to learn CRM or customer management systems.
• Organised and detail-oriented with reliable record-keeping.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, patient and comfortable communicating with parents and students.
• Responsible with strong follow-up habits and a track record of finishing tasks.
• Able to work independently while keeping the team informed.
• Proactive and eager to learn on the job.
