•  Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
•  Organize financial documents and support reporting

Real Project Experience (Not Just Admin Work!):

• Work on SOP creation and process documentation
•  Assist in company policy updates and improvements
•  Participate in internal projects (e.g., workflow improvement, employee engagement ideas)

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For

•  Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or Psychology
•  Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
•  Willing to learn and take initiative (important!)
•  Good communication skills
•  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
