Job Description

• To assist customers in any pet-related queries and any other Retail Operations related tasks
•  Serves customers by providing technical descriptions of over-the counter pet products to clienteles as well as sharing and educating colleagues and staff. Products include biologicals, pet foods, vet drugs and pharmanutriceutical agents.
•  Provides ample care to small animal stocks (i.e. checking of small animals upon deliveries, separating injured animals and taking good care of it until the supplier takes it), checking small animals making sure they're healthy on a day to day basis. (Water change, bedding change as well as feeding of animal stocks- often accompanied by staff).
•  Assists Pet owners in terms of consolidation of problems encountered in their pets.
•  Assists Pet owners to express their problems and health concerns related to their pets.
•  Recommend proper usage of drugs and biological.
•  Educate clientele’s perception on animal care especially dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbit and guinea pigs. Promotes pet animal health and wellness as well as responsible Pet Ownership.
•  Check stocks on delivery and helping arranging these on the shelves (sometimes-as time permits).
•  Carries out any other relevant duties and activities that may be assigned from time to time by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a degree in the related courses such as Animal Science, Zoology, Veterinary, etc. 
• Matured, patient and of pleasant personality.
•  Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
•  Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
