Pluto Communications is an independent digital marketing agency specialising in healthcare, pharmaceutical and purpose-led brand communications.

Our work spans social media, creative campaigns, video production, digital advertising, websites and content strategy. Pluto was a finalist for Specialist Agency of the Year at Agency of the Year 2025.

We are looking for an experienced Account & Project Manager who can take ownership of client relationships and ensure that projects move smoothly from brief to delivery.

About the Role

This position combines account servicing with hands-on project management. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into clear briefs and coordinating internal team members and specialist freelancers.

You will work directly with the Director and manage projects across social media, creative design, video, digital marketing and campaign reporting.

This is a suitable role for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable making decisions without requiring constant supervision.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication, requests and expectations
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs
• Develop project timelines and monitor deadlines
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, performance marketers, developers and other freelancers
• Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate and ready before client submission
• Maintain project trackers, task status and resource schedules
• Lead internal project check-ins and follow up on outstanding work
• Identify delays, risks and scope changes early
• Manage client feedback and coordinate revisions
• Support campaign reporting, presentations and monthly meetings
• Maintain organised project files and documentation
• Escalate commercial, strategic or sensitive client issues to the Director
• Support multiple client accounts while maintaining consistent delivery standards

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in account servicing, project management or campaign management
• Previous experience in a digital, creative, advertising or integrated agency
• Good understanding of social media, creative production, video and digital campaign workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable coordinating permanent team members and freelancers
• Able to work independently, follow through on commitments and take ownership of outcomes
• Proficient in Google Workspace and project-management tools such as Trello, Slack or similar platforms
• Good command of English
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated-industry experience would be an advantage
