Job Description

  •  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated time, follow-up to ensure resolution.
  •  To answer Helpdesk telephone promptly.
  •  Guide merchant to use/troubleshoot terminal.
  •  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage with merchants.
  •  Answer merchant/acquirer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & email.
  •  Update merchant records in our system and helpdesk team, including notes on interactions.
  •  Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
  •  24/7 services: Compulsory to answer all calls including after office hours, during weekends and/or public holidays.
  •  To support Operation Team and to assist any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma with experience as Customer Service Representative. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  
  • Good team player and able to communicate at all levels. 
  • Able to multitask and work with minimum supervision. 
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese would be an advantage. 
  • Able to handle and manage work related pressure.
