PM Advisors is one of a leading payment solutions provider in Malaysia, specializing in card
payments, QR payments, and digital transactions. We collaborate with banks, financial
institutions, and fintech companies to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Regulatory & Compliance Governance - Interpret and apply regulatory and industry
requirements, including Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, RMiT, and PCI DSS.
Policy & Framework Development - Define, maintain, and periodically review companywide
IT security, risk, and compliance policies and standards.
Audit & Regulatory Engagement – Act as primary liaison with banks, auditors, and
regulators. Work closely with IT, Operations, HR and other departments to collect compliance
evidence and track remediation actions.
Risk Assessment & Scheduled Reviews - Plan and perform scheduled risk assessments,
compliance reviews, control evaluations and follow up on identified gaps.
Training & Awareness – Design and deliver regular security awareness and compliance
training to promote a strong security culture across the organization.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degress in IT, Information Security, Risk Management, or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of BNM regulatory expectations, RMiT, and PCI DSS.
Experience in Policy and governance frameworks, regulatory or audit engagements, risk
and compliance reviews.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
