This role is a Sales Merchandiser at Podirect Trading that require you to base in central. You might like this job because it involves stock management, maintaining merchandising standards, and building relationships with outlet personnel. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'N' Levels
• Detailed with good time management
• Able to communicate and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Willing to travel
• Possess own transport 

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch point 

- Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check 

- Product hygiene & cleanliness 

- Merchandising standards/guideline to maintain / defend Brand SOS 

- Perfect execution & HQ compliance with strong ownership 

- Maintain good relationship with outlet personnel 

- Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process 

- Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions 

- Timely & excellence promotion execution 

- Setup , price & maintain display 

- POSM deployment & disposal 

- Accurate report tracking / on field data collection 

- OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned 

- To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores 

- To negotiate for better shelves facing and/or display area
