Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic PHP Web Programmer Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with management, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal tools and client-facing applications. The primary focus will be on backend development using PHP, but the role will also involve exposure to frontend technologies and database management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for new features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with the management to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance of applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Contribute to database design and management (e.g., MySQL).
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of PHP (syntax, concepts, and basic programming logic).
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
