Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, university portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/spreadsheets.
- Assist in drafting job postings and internship ads.
- Coordinate with universities for career fairs and internship partnerships.
- Support preparation of contracts, onboarding documents, and hiring checklists.
- Prepare simple reports and maintain hiring trackers.
- Help with HR events, internal activities, and recruitment/HR-related initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or similar fields.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable speaking with candidates.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
