ABOUT US:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle insurance policy issuance, including generating accurate quotations and preparing cover notes within set timelines
- Work closely with customers to gather required documents and ensure a seamless policy issuance process
- Carefully review documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely policy activation
- Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth processing
- Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining satisfaction with our products and services
- Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales and renewal targets
Job Requirements
