ABOUT US:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Generate insurance quotations following our Turnaround Time, and call handling quotas, based on customer needs and policy requirements.
• Prepare cover notes for approved insurance policies in a speedy and accurate manner.
• Apply people skills to successfully request for necessary documents from customers to facilitate cover note issuance.
• Carefully review cover notes and documents submitted by customers to verify accuracy and completeness, enabling policy activation.
• Liaise with insurance providers to follow up on pending approval cases and ensure timely processing.
• Meet the customer service team targets related to sales and renewals.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company products and services.

Job Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications.
• Experience in the insurance industry or a related field would be advantageous.
• Strong ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentation.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
