Job Description

• Assist in any other office administration or related task assigned by Superior.
• Performing data entry
• Issue and verify quotations, purchase order, delivery order, invoices, credit note, debit note, payment vouchers
• Perform day to day operation of accounting and financial activities
• Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
• Any other report and works as requested by company from time to time being
• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
• General office management such as ordering stationery and supplies
• Maintain contact lists
• Handle banking matters

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least STPM or above
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Must have excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Able to work as a team player & under pressure 
• Able to multitask
• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative 
• Computer Literate Word, Excel & Outlook
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
