Job Description
What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
- Support new agent onboarding, REN tag applications & compliance
- Prepare weekly sales reports & follow up on case progress
- Assist agents with data entry, case submissions, commission claims, enquiries
- Handle co-broke letters, ERP system, subsale documents & report to HQ
- Manage agent materials (banners, name cards, etc.)
- Attend to calls, emails, walk-in clients & general admin tasks
- Process expense claims, support HR, events & liaise with developers
- Provide assistance to team leads, HQ & internal teams
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of Mandarin & English (spoken & written)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
- Independent, proactive & a team player
- (Advantage) Familiar with real estate process, ERP system & REN tag applications
