Job Description

What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:

  • Support new agent onboarding, REN tag applications & compliance
     
  • Prepare weekly sales reports & follow up on case progress
     
  • Assist agents with data entry, case submissions, commission claims, enquiries
     
  • Handle co-broke letters, ERP system, subsale documents & report to HQ
     
  • Manage agent materials (banners, name cards, etc.)
     
  • Attend to calls, emails, walk-in clients & general admin tasks
     
  • Process expense claims, support HR, events & liaise with developers
     
  • Provide assistance to team leads, HQ & internal teams

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
     
  • Good command of Mandarin & English (spoken & written)
     
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
     
  • Independent, proactive & a team player
     
  • (Advantage) Familiar with real estate process, ERP system & REN tag applications
