📍Internship Intake Periods:

• Open intake: Applications are welcome and will be considered throughout the quarter

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description:
Polygon Synergy Ventures (PSV) offers internship opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience in geological sample operations. This role provides structured training and guidance in sample handling, digital documentation, and data management within a professional laboratory environment.

Interns will gain exposure to real industrial workflows, technical procedures, and digital reporting systems used in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Receive, sort, and label geological samples (core, cuttings, mud)
✅Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel and internal systems
✅Support packing, layout setup, and sampling
✅Assist in preservation tasks (resin coating, vacuum sealing, plugging)
✅Capture and edit core photographs
✅Participate in sample projects (reboxing, thin sections, relabelling)

Requirements (Field of study):
✅Geoscience,
✅Petroleum Engineering,
✅Earth Sciences or related.
✅Good attention to detail, responsible, team-oriented

📍High proficiency in Microsoft Office (data formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and charting)
