  ** EXPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for talented and team-oriented individuals to join our team. 

JOB RESPONSIBLILITY:

1. Coordinate export order processing between overseas customer and the factory to ensure smooth production and shipment flow.
2. Prepare and issue delivery instructions (DI/DO) to relevant production and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
3. Liaise with forwarding agents, logistics providers, and shipping companies to arrange export shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Monitor daily sales orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
5. Prepare and verify export documents such as Delivery Notes, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other necessary shipping documents.
6. Communicate with Japanese customers using basic Japanese (email/WhatsApp) when required; assist internal teams with simple translation.
7. Track and update export shipment records, lead time, and logistics performance indicators.
8. Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA, warehouse, planning) to resolve export-related issues.

Job Requirements

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Studies, or equivalent. 
2. Japanese language literacy (JLPT N4) is an added advantage – able to readd simple emails, handle basic communication, and understand basic Japanese terms.
3. Minimum 1 year of working experience in export, shipping, logistics, or supply chain functions.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure.
6. Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments at once.
