  EXPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a proactive Export Executive to service overseas customers, follow up sales opportunities and manage customer orders from enquiry until delivery. This is mainly a customer-facing sales and order-management role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and service overseas customers, build good relationships and respond promptly to enquiries and requests.
• Generate and follow up sales opportunities from existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and coordinate internally on pricing, specifications, samples and customer requirements.
• Coordinate new orders and product requirements with Sales, R&D/Technical, Production, Planning, QA, Purchasing and other related teams.
• Monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery, including production progress, delivery schedules and customer updates.
• Arrange shipment and export documentation at the final stage, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, certificates of origin and other required documents.

Job Requirements

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Sales, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 1-3 years' experience in sales coordination, customer service, export sales, order management or international business is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, initiative and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Customer-oriented communicator with good written and spoken English; comfortable using email, phone, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requirements and orders at the same time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Japanese language is an added advantage but not compulsory.
