Job Description
- To assist department to prepare and update all the related documents for safety.
- Implement, monitor and maintain safety and environmental management system (EMS) in the company.
- Monitor and ensure company’s conformance with applicable legislation requirement of Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974.
- Develop training plan and conduct safety and environmental programs and trainings to all employees.
- Coordinate internal and external audit.
- Oversee Schedule Waste Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct safety and environmental meeting with committees.
- Assist and support in maintaining IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System / ISO14000:2015.
- Resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues with necessary corrective action in order to minimize reoccurrence.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
