What you'll actually be doing

• Resizing and adapting layouts across Instagram, Shopee, and our website — keeping everything sharp and on-brand
• Shooting and editing photos and videos for product content, Instagram Reels, and Stories
• Designing product menus, catalogues, and collaterals for our livestream collaborations with influencers
• Supporting our KOL and social media partnerships with the visual assets they need, on time
• Helping us stay current — spotting trends, formats, and platform shifts we should be paying attention to
• Jumping in on ad hoc creative requests as they come up (and in a growing brand, they will)

You'll be working alongside our design team, following a creative direction and style guide — so you're not designing in the dark. You're executing within a system that's already been thought through, and making it come alive.

Office located within walking distance from public transport in Bukit Bintang, behind wisma cosway.

Job Requirements

Who we're hoping to find

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Comfortable with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) and basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Confident in front/behind a camera — you don't need to be a professional photographer or model, but you should be able to produce clean, usable content
• Genuinely social media savvy — you understand pacing, trends, and what makes someone stop scrolling
• Good time management — we move fast, and deadlines matter
• Comfortable with ad hoc tasks and last-minute changes — startup life isn't always a straight line
• Detail-oriented, with a good eye for what "feels right" versus what's just technically correct
• A portfolio that shows us how you think, not just what software you know (required with your application)
