What You'll Be Doing

Executive Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the management team. 
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
• Coordinate meetings and assist with administrative tasks. 
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and business-related matters. 

Content Creation & Mobile Videography

• Capture photos and videos using smartphones during daily activities, business meetings, and outstation trips. 
• Record behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and travel content for social media platforms. 
• Assist in creating engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. 

Travel Support

• Accompany management during local and outstation business trips. 
• Assist in coordinating travel itineraries and logistics. 
• Ensure important moments and activities are documented through photos and videos. 

Social Media Support

• Generate creative ideas for content. 
• Assist in organizing and managing content assets. 
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content.

Working Location

• Puchong
• Outstation if required

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Comfortable travelling and going outstation when required. 
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends. 
• Comfortable using smartphones for photo and video recording. 
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation. 

Nice-To-Have

• Experience as a Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or Videographer. 
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or video editing apps. 
• Comfortable appearing in videos when necessary. 
• Passion for travel, lifestyle, and content creation.
