About The Internship

Our Operations & Strategy internship program is designed to give you end-to-end exposure to how a SaaS business operates and scales globally. You won’t just be observing — you’ll be solving operational bottlenecks, creating scalable processes, and supporting the strategic initiatives that allow PostCo to move faster.

You’ll work closely with our operations, strategy, and product teams to improve internal systems, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact. Every project you work on will help PostCo scale smarter and more sustainably.

Each intern will be paired with a dedicated mentor, and the work you deliver will directly support our roadmap — from how we onboard global retailers to how we run internal processes across teams. By the end of your internship, you’ll have shipped work that makes PostCo run better, faster, and stronger.

What You'll Do

  • Design, test, and implement operational processes to support PostCo’s growth across multiple regions
  • Build internal dashboards and automation workflows (e.g., using Notion, or n8n) to improve efficiency
  • Support cross-functional projects that span operations, partnerships, and product strategy
  • Conduct analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
  • Work on real projects that will improve PostCo’s day-to-day operations and international expansion

👉 This is a rare opportunity to gain real-world exposure to global SaaS strategy and partnerships while working alongside one of Southeast Asia’s most ambitious startups. The internship is paid at RM1,500 per month.


Job Requirements

Who You Are 

We’re looking for curious, driven interns who are excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous internship or project experience in business development, consulting, or startups
  • Strong interest in strategy, partnerships, and/or SaaS products
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and take initiative
