Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time 
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies 
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs 
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods 
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing, and product availability 
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information 
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors 
  • Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in orders 
  • Support audits by providing necessary procurement documentation

Job Requirements

  • Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field 
  • SPM proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role (preferred) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Good negotiation and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement software 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
