1. Creative Direction and Copywriting: Ideate & develop compelling ad scripts and graphic content that generate leads and drive revenue.
2. Content Marketing: Write high-quality content for SEO blog articles and email campaigns to drive organic traffic growth and customer engagement.
3. Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team, providing data-driven feedback to refine visuals, ad copy, and video assets for campaign success.
4. Media Buying: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (SEM), ensuring campaigns achieve CPL targets while optimising performance.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC. Use these insights to refine strategies and optimise future campaigns. 
6. Ad-Hoc Projects & Team Support: Support additional marketing projects or R&D of new digital channels when required.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, performance-driven marketing roles 
2. Proven ability to drive results through content strategy, CRO, and media buying, with a portfolio or case studies showcasing your success. 
3. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
4. Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC,  LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC, and how to use them to optimise campaigns. 
5. Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.
6. Experience in using email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is preferred.
7. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for effective business communication, including engaging with stakeholders across external and internal collaboration parties.
