Job Description

1. Assist in shooting video content for Xiao Hong Shu (XHS), including preparation and filming support 
2. Support editing short-form videos for XHS (cutting clips, adding subtitles, basic transitions, exporting) 
3. Assist with organizing raw footage and editing materials for smoother production workflow 
4. Support maintaining activity on the XHS platform, including assisting with content posting when required 
5. Ensure videos are exported and formatted according to XHS platform requirements

Job Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools)  
2. Interest in Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) content creation and short-form video trends 
3. Basic skills in video shooting and mobile content production (framing, lighting, capturing engaging content) 
4. Ability to follow editing references and creative directions to maintain brand style
5. Willing to assist in on-site content shooting sessions when required 
6. Detail-oriented and able to organize raw footage and editing materials efficiently 
7. Responsible and proactive, able to support maintaining activity on the XHS platform when required 
8. Preferably 6-month period internship or minimum 3-month period.
