- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience of brand building for elderly or matured market
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (SEM).
- Proven ability to drive results through creative strategy, CRO, and media buying, with a portfolio or case studies showcasing your success.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC, and how to use them to optimise campaigns.
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.
- Experience in using email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
