Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead the strategic growth of the Multifocal Specialist Brand by combining creative storytelling with data-driven media buying and offline events. You will be responsible for building brand authority and driving high-quality leads to our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan brand pipeline and build team based on different phases of brand.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Search/Display to drive appointment bookings.
  • Act as the "Brand Guardian" for the Multifocal line, ensuring all visuals and messaging align with our "Specialist" positioning.
  • Manage the landing pages for the Multifocal, optimizing the user journey from "Ad Click" to "Appointment Confirmed."
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC. Use these insights to refine strategies and optimise future campaigns. 
  • Support additional marketing projects or R&D of new digital channels when required. 
  • Develop a content calendar that focuses on educational marketing. This includes scriptwriting for short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/XHS) that address customer pain points (e.g., blurry vision, digital eye strain).

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience of brand building for elderly or matured market

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (SEM).

- Proven ability to drive results through creative strategy, CRO, and media buying, with a portfolio or case studies showcasing your success. 

- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC, CPA, and CPC, and how to use them to optimise campaigns. 

- Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is preferred.

- Experience in using email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is preferred.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
