With eight outlets around KL Selangor, we cater to young working adults who value high-quality, versatile, and Asian-fit eyewear. Our brand embodies local identity and focuses on creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers. 

We are now looking for a Videographer/Editor who is keen to explore the career growth in supporting the back end and setting up process flow.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality video content for Meta ads, including product demos, testimonials, and promotional videos optimized for different stages of the marketing funnel.
2. Apply performance marketing knowledge to refine video editing styles, pacing, video hooks, and CTAs, ensuring content maximizes viewer retention, CTR, and conversions.
3. Assist in creative campaigns, events, and ad-hoc productions by managing on-site filming, coordinating shoots, and providing post-production editing support.
4. Research and explore creative video editing trends by studying competitor brands and high-performing content formats to improve video effectiveness and innovation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and design departments to ensure videos are on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably for performance-driven marketing or social media campaigns.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut) and basic motion graphics creation.
3. Ability to handle on-site filming, lighting, and basic camera operations for event coverage or promotional shoots.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Ability to travel for on-site video shoots or content production when required.
6. Plus point: Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, retention rates, conversions) to tailor video editing for optimal performance.
