Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide clerical support in our insurance agency. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in processing insurance documents, handling client queries, and maintaining records.

  • ⁠Prepare, process, and file insurance-related documents, including policy applications, claims, renewals, and etc.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information about policies, claims, and other administrative matters.
  • Assist with tracking and processing insurance claims, following up with clients and insurance providers as needed.
  • ⁠Provide clerical office support, including copying & scanning

Job Requirements

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday - Friday) *Follow Public Holiday

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Malaysian Only
  • ⁠ ⁠A recognized SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification
  • ⁠ ⁠Age: 21 to 40 years old, preferable Female
  • ⁠ ⁠With / Without experience is accepted
  • ⁠ ⁠Need to familiar with Microsoft Office 365 (included PDF editor)
  • ⁠ ⁠Able to communicate and writing in English and added advantage in Mandarin speaking
  • ⁠ ⁠Independent, Responsible, Self-Discipline, Committed and Willing to Learn
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ⁠ ⁠Positive attitude and customer service-oriented.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • ⁠ ⁠Minor skilful in social media editing (Video and Photo editing) 
  • ⁠ ⁠Preferrable immediate joining or within 2 months
