Job Description

 - Create and manage digital content for the company's website, blog and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, LinkedIn and YouTube).

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, brochures, posters and short promotional videos. 
• Support website updates, content management, SEO, AI-powered content creation and digital marketing campaigns. 
• Assist in improving the company's online presence through social media, analytics, keyword research and lead generation. 
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor digital marketing trends. 
• Assist in developing marketing tools such as QR codes, landing pages, digital brochures and online resources for patients and healthcare professionals. 
• Support webinars, workshops, exhibitions and other marketing or corporate events.
• Assist in cold calling to invite potential participants to join webinars/ workshops. 
• Learn and utilise AI tools, automation and digital marketing technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement. 
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports. 
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the managers.

Job Requirements

 - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 

• Minimum internship duration of 3 months. 
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage. 
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, branding and content creation. 
• Creative, proactive, responsible and eager to learn. 
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. 
• Well-organised with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Interest in AI tools and emerging digital technologies is an advantage.
