Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement for our group of companies, and diverse client portfolio. You will bridge tactical implementation with strategic goals, using data-driven insights to optimize performance across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Lead in developing, planning, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and Google Ads.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content for internal and external social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, YouTube, etc.) and support content efforts through writing, design, and video editing.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, including content drafting and setting up automation for timely delivery.
• Website & Performance Management: Manage and optimize website content while tracking performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Paid Media: Set up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring proper targeting, budgeting, and optimization for maximum ROI.
• Reporting & Analysis: Write detailed reports assessing campaign performance, providing data analysis and actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
• Editorial Planning: Lead in creating and executing editorial calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery across the group and our clients.
• Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, creative ideas and perform administrative tasks to support sales and design departments.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
• Communication: Good proficiency in English (written and verbal) to manage brand messaging and stakeholder relationships.
