This role is an integral part of the sales team reporting through to the Business Development Manager, you will be the key person for quotation generation, products costing, reports generation and communication with customers whenever there is a demand.

You will require providing tender analysis, tender study, quotation generation, technical spec. study, estimating and other type of support to the Manager for the purpose of fulfilling customer needs and on-time submission of quotations. You will also require to communicating with Powerwell Vietnam & other parties and to provide support to the overall team. This role is key to the ongoing success of the team & the business.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Responsible to support the overseas sales team by monitoring the incoming inquiries and quotation submission, then to record the submitted quotations into the logbook or report file.
• 2) Generation of quotations for the followings products:
  •      – Powerwell Switchboards
  •      – Siemens Sivacon S8 Switchboards
  •      – Schneider Prisma iPM Switchboards
  •      – Siemens 8PS Busway
  •      – Siemens Simoprime MV Switchgear
  •      – Other products to be specified in future
• 3) Able to communicate with Powerwell internal staff under Marketing department & other departments.
• 4) Able to communicate with Powerwell agents, distribution & sub-subsidiaries for inquiries & quotation submission.  
• 5) To generate & update reports base on demands which to be specified by the Manager.
• 6) Perform others duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager

Requirements:

1.  Degree/Diploma  in Electrical Engineering
2.  At least 1-2 years of experience in LV/MV Switchboard estimation, technical sales and marketing.
3.  Strategic and analytical mind, strong business acumens and good networking capabilities.
4.  A team player with strong leadership, supervisory skills and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
5.  Ability to communicate with people
6.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7.  Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
8.  Reports to Business Development Manager on a regular basis. Works closely with the officer to establish long-range operating goals and expansion.
