Job Description
Location: (Johor Bahru)
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist on the monitoring of all projects under Southern Region Office
- To follow up projects in progress such as shop drawing status, fabrication status, components matter, delivery schedule status, check stock and components
- Assist in studying of value engineering with Marketer and Estimator
- Assist in following with subcon on progress between Technician/Marketing/Project Engineer from HQ, taking routine visit to subcon factory for physical check
- Check VO from HQ Project Team
- Assist Estimator & Marketing Team in Spec/Technical/Dimension matters
- Assist in preparing and updating weekly meeting report for projects matter
- To attend FAT if required
- Assist in monitoring logistic matters on delivery involving Southern Region subcon and liaise closely with PPC for delivery information
- To attend to customer on technical matters and liaise with Technician on site work arrangement
- Arrange documents such as O&M, as Built Drawing, certificates, warranty, DO and invoices from HQ and make sure updated database on project coordination
- To assist on assemble switchboard panels at the assembly line according to shop floor drawings, instructions, and electrical schematic drawings.
- To check and inspects assembled switchboard panels for any faults or defects
- To report incidents, faulty operations or product imperfections at the assembly line to Branch Manager
- To follow established safety procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly
- To correctly use and maintain power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments
- To involve, contribute and participate in the maintenance and conformance to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
- To perform any other duties, projects or assignments as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years working experience in related field
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with all levels
- Excellent communication
- Significant work experience in a high mix volume manufacturing environment, preferably LV/MV switchboard/switchgear manufacturing
