 Job Summary

  • Understanding of the operation, processes, and maintenance program of all assets located in all Farms. Execute routine maintenance as per schedules, troubleshooting of EI &M issues. Able to work with OEMs to reduce downtime and able to keep critical spares to ensure continuous operations.

  • SAFETY – support EHS personal to ensure sites are safe, no serious accidents and compliance to regulatory requirements.

  • Routine reporting on the health status of all assets to the management

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

EQUIPMENT – understanding of the operation, processes, and maintenance program. Execute routine maintenance as per schedules, troubleshooting of EI &M issues. Able to work with OEMs to reduce downtime and able to keep critical spares to ensure continuous operations.

  • Egg Graders

  • Accumulators

  • Ventilation Fans

  • Oven / Incubators

  • Conveyor system / Feeders

 

FACILITY / UTILITY - understanding of the maintenance program. Execute routine inspection and maintenance as per schedules, building inspection and troubleshooting EI &M issues. Able to work with OEMs to reduce downtime and able to keep critical spares to ensure continuous operations.

  • Chillers 

 

MHE – support Farms team to execute routine maintenance as per schedules. 

  • Forklifts

  • Tankers 

 

OTHERS – support Farms personnel to ensure all assets are in good working conditions.

  • Workers quarters 

 

SAFETY – support EHS personal to ensure sites are safe, no serious accidents and compliance to regulatory requirements.

  • Contractor Management

  • Elimination of Unsafe Conditions

  • Closing of all gaps identified by EHS team


Education & Qualification
Minimum Diploma in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic or Automation

Has been working in an industry environment that requires to frequently interact with people, for a minimum of 5 years

 

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
Understanding of Farms or Plant process and automation
Understanding of Basic Engineering organization and set up, Continuous Improvement and World Class Manufacturing concept
