Summary

Oversees daily operations of the Egg Grading Plant, ensuring efficiency, resource management, quality assurance, and timely order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include workforce management, stock control, and resolving customer complaints. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are required, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP being an advantage.

Job Description

  • Plan, organize, direct and monitor day to day EGP operations.
  • Recommend hiring, training and remuneration of EGP workers, in accordance to company’s guidelines.
  • Process sales order and documentations, coordinate with other Head of Department, Sales, Transporters and Suppliers, as and when required.
  • To plan and implement day to day EGP’s operation.
  • To ensure egg stock keeping, recording and reporting is effectively and timely carried out.
  • To ensure EGP operations matters are well managed, efficient and safe by the Supervisor and Assistant, EGP.
  • To ensure all the EGP resources (labour, packing material, machinery, equipment and spare parts, plants and facilities, etc.) are well managed, kept, maintained, utilized, secure, recorded and accounted for.
  • To plan and advise on hiring and training for EGP staffs, egg lorry and van sales drivers.
  • To manage quality assurance at the EGP.
  • To attend and reply for customer Egg Complaint and ensure the corrective and preventive actions timely taken in place.
  • To ensure and confirm the daily order arrangement for all categories and type of eggs are timely met.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistic or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience at Supervisory level.
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to details and the discipline to follow up outstanding matters.
  • Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player and possesses self-initiative.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experienced in executing and improving procedures.
  • Able to engage in a professional and collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well verse in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP environment, Microsoft Outlook, Team and OneDrive is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
