As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the charge on our manufacturing floor, guiding a dedicated team to craft the high-quality precast concrete structures that build Malaysia's future. Responsibilities

Line Leadership & Operations

• Production Supervisor shall report to the Assistant Production Manager/Production Engineer
• Lead and support your assigned production team to achieve daily targets while keeping team spirits high.
• Coordinate daily precast concrete production and mould preparation to help us stay right on track with our master schedule.
• Manage the allocation of daily raw materials so that our team never experiences unexpected downtime.

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Conduct daily mould and pre-pour inspections to ensure every concrete pour meets our structural specifications.
• Keep a close eye on concrete pours and surface finishes, allowing you to maintain our high standards of quality.
• Keep clear, organized records of production documents to help us ensure complete accountability and traceability.

Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements so that we can together create a smoother, safer, and more efficient workspace.
• Train team members and sub-contractors on correct production methods, ensuring everyone works safely and effectively.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of quality control experience specifically within the precast industry.
• Experience working on precast industry projects, particularly HDB projects, is highly valued.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to manage daily production reports and schedules.
• Solid understanding of precast concrete production processes, mould setup, and concrete pouring techniques.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills to address production line challenges effectively.
• A positive, proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Natural leadership abilities with a supportive, collaborative, and team-first approach.
