Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor stock expiry, damaged goods, slow-moving items, and stock shortages.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with purchasing team.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Process customer purchase orders and verify stock availability to support accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Check product availability, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage picking, packing, and shipping operations for accurate on-time delivery.
• Track order status, follow up on shipping delays, and manage required shipping permits.

Warehouse Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure optimal stock allocation accurately within required timeline, proper product labelling, and correct storage.
• Actively assist with hands-on warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and shipping tasks when necessary.

.Customer & Internal Coordination

• Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and delivery issues.
• Escalate stock discrepancies, damaged products, or fulfilment issues to management.

Job Requirements

  Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in inventory coordination, stock management, order processing, or logistics is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Key Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Physical Capability: Physically fit and active, comfortable assisting with hands-on warehouse tasks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a self-motivated drive.
• Eligibility: Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
