PREMIER UNITED RETAIL SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to support our core financial operations. In this role, you will be a vital part of our day-to-day accounting, ensuring our financial records remain perfectly accurate across both our offline and online retail channels. What You'll Do

• Sales Reconciliation: Accurately record, cross-check, and reconcile daily sales transactions across all our offline physical stores and online e-commerce platforms.
• Financial Record-Keeping: Promptly update accounting ledgers and maintain completely accurate, well-organized supporting documents for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Reporting & Closing: Prepare and submit essential accounting reports within agreed deadlines, and actively assist the finance team with seamless month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Verify and process staff claims, handle basic bookkeeping, and tackle other daily accounting matters.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance and handle various duties as assigned by Management to keep the department running smoothly.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Core Skills: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and standard accounting practices.
• Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general accounting software. (Bonus: Prior experience with SQL Accounting or SQL POS is a distinct advantage!)
• Work Style: Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
