Job Description

  • Support the Housekeeping Executive in overseeing daily housekeeping activities.
  • Assist with the administrative tasks and planning related to housekeeping operations.
  • Clean guest rooms, workspaces, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness is upheld within the work environment.
  • Capable of addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Willing to take on special assignments and related tasks as needed.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Deliver services that meet the quality standards established by the hotel.
  • Applicants should possess SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or hotel management.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department or related sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Basic understanding of generating and interpreting housekeeping reports.
  • Local candidates are preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications include SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the housekeeping sector or similar fields is required.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with guests, team members, and supervisors.
  • Must be approachable, proactive, and able to maintain self-discipline.
  • Basic understanding of creating and analyzing housekeeping reports.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Preference given to Malaysian/local applicants.
