Job Description

 

The Admin Clerk provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, assists with documentation for distributors, suppliers, and customers, and supports internal departments including sales, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
     
  • Maintain company records, agreements, and inventory documents.
     
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents related to golf products and accessories.
     
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and office maintenance arrangements.
     
  • Support sales team in preparing product lists, price lists, and promotional materials.
     
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
     
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier dispatch, and visitors.
     
  • Ensure proper documentation flow between warehouse, operations, and finance.
  • Basic book keeping entry
     
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
     
  • 1–2 years working experience in admin roles (fresh graduates encouraged).
     
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
     
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
     
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.
     
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
