Job Description
Built on 6.7 acres of prime land, Cyber Event Hall (CEH) is the latest event hall that caters to medium-large scale social and corporate events with full facilities and amenities support.
Required Skill(s):
- Technical and maintenance work
- Attend to installation, maintenance & trouble shooting of electrical wiring system, air conditioning system, plumbing, fire-fighting system as well as other building services.
- Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.
- Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor.
- Prepare daily & monthly report
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of Building Maintenance working experience.
- Male age above 25 years old
- Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 2 years working experience in property building management
- Able to work independently and show initiative
- Able to start work immediately
- Posses own transport
- Able to work during weekends
