About the Internship

Join Prima Avenue, a growing real-estate and community hub in Cyberjaya, as part of our digital-transformation journey. We’re looking for a Tech Intern who is passionate about automation, data integration, and developing smart solutions that enhance efficiency across our properties and ESG initiatives.
You will also gain hands-on experience supporting community and sustainability (ESG) activities in Cyberjaya, aligning technology with meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate and complementary digital tools.
   
• Integrate data and systems from multiple internal and external sources, including email, SharePoint, ERP/CRM platforms, and other business applications.
   
• Conduct data analytics and support reporting initiatives for operational and ESG insights.
   
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and audit trails for process reliability.
   
• Create citizen-developer templates and assist in developing governance guidelines.
   
• Track and report automation value and ROI metrics.
   
• Support digital and community-based ESG initiatives related to smart-building management, sustainability tracking, and public engagement in Cyberjaya.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Candidate must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in:
   
• Computer Science
   
• Information Technology
   
• Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
   
• or equivalent fields.
   
• Able to work independently and propose viable technical solutions through self-learning and understanding of existing systems.
   
• Proactive in learning new technologies and creative in solving problems.
   
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
   
• A team player with good communication and collaboration abilities.
   
• Willing to travel locally when required.
