Asset Management Executive (Leasing & Strategy)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Support the development and execution of leasing strategies to create a vibrant and balanced tenant mix across our retail and commercial assets.
  2. Build relationships with prospective tenants and retailers, lead negotiations, and close deals that align with our brand and financial goals.
  3. Manage leasing documents, generate insightful reports, and ensure smooth and professional communication with tenants.
  4. Oversee the daily operations of the leasing department — keeping things efficient, organized, and goal-oriented.
  5. Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that boost visibility and attract the right tenants and foot traffic.
  6. Maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy and sustainable rental yields.
  7. Conduct regular market research and trend analysis to stay competitive and spot new opportunities.
  8. Work hand-in-hand with internal teams on matters related to fit-out, rental collection, and tenant performance analytics.
  9. Analyze real estate data and industry benchmarks to support leasing strategies and decision-making.
  10. Act as the go-to person for real estate data management and performance insights.
  11. Review property valuation reports and perform basic internal valuations to support investment planning.
  12. Take on other duties or projects as assigned — we value initiative and leadership at every level.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Land & Estate Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally 1–5 years in leasing, tenant relations, or asset management.
  3. Prior exposure to retail malls, commercial leasing, or business development will be a strong advantage.
  4. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Proficiency in an additional language will be considered an advantage.
  5. A great communicator and confident negotiator with a flair for market analysis and strategic thinking.
  6. A collaborative, energetic team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for property and people.
