Identify New Business Opportunities
Research and analyze market trends to find potential clients and partnerships.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Detailed Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Market Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Explore potential growth across industries such as retail, online marketplaces, and SaaS.
2. Sales Execution & Client Relationship Management
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
Conduct regular client visits to validate service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth operational execution across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, CRM tools).
3. Performance Monitoring & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth.
Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare forecasts and reports.
4. Representation & Collaboration
Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, operations).
Support company-wide initiatives and team success
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or distribution (preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or retail).
Strong track record in lead generation, KPI management, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (able to engage C-level executives).
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is a plus).
Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
Eligible to work legally in Malaysia (locals only).
