Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
• Support onboarding and entry procedures for new hires.
• Source and engage talent via job platforms, networks, and referrals.
• Help plan and execute events.
• Contribute ideas to improve communication and employee experience.
• Perform other tasks that supervisors or management assign, contributing to broader company initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

• Have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Capable of multitasking and collaborating across functions.
• Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
