Job Description

 Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

  • Manage end-to-end daily operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website), including product uploads, pricing updates, and campaign setup 
  • Ensure all product listings are fully optimized with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing to maximize search visibility and conversion rates 
  • Monitor stock levels and sales velocity; coordinate with warehouse/operations team to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations 
  • Oversee order processing flow to ensure timely fulfillment, minimal cancellations, and compliance with platform SLAs 

Sales Performance & Growth

  • Drive achievement of monthly GMV, revenue, and conversion KPIs across all e-commerce platforms 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize platform campaigns (eg, 11.11, 12.12), including voucher strategy, bundle deals, and pricing strategy 
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, basket size) and implement data-driven improvements 
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and take corrective actions (pricing, content, promotion, or bundling strategy) 

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Execute platform-level marketing tools such as sponsored ads, flash deals, affiliate programs, and in-app promotions 
  • Work closely with marketing/design team to ensure timely delivery of campaign visuals, landing pages, and promotional content 
  • Conduct keyword research and continuously optimize product SEO to improve organic ranking within platforms 
  • Track campaign ROI and optimize spend allocation based on performance 

Customer & Platform Management

  • Oversee customer engagement via chat and reviews, ensuring response time meets platform standards and improves customer satisfaction scores 
  • Monitor and maintain seller performance metrics (e.g., chat response rate, fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, store rating) 
  • Handle escalations including negative reviews, disputes, refunds, and platform penalties, ensuring timely resolution 
  • Liaise with platform account managers (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) for campaign participation and issue resolution 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, campaign results, and SKU performance 
  • Analyze competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market 
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance 
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, marketing spend efficiency, and growth opportunities


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field            
  • 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail 
  • Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop 
  • Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROI) 
  • Experience in executing platform campaigns and promotions 
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis 
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
