Job Description

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for the follwowing :-

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules
• Manage and supevise site workes and sub-contractors
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and materials
• Resolve on-site issues, delays or conflicts promptly
• Maintain site records, including attendance, progress reports and safety logs
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing on-site construction activities
• Experience coordinating sub-contractors, workers and suppliers
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to supervise and motivate site workers
• Ability to liaise with engineers, project managers, clients and local authorities
• Competence in preparing daily progress report and site documentation
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
