About the role:PRISM+ is the largest Singaporean direct-to-consumer smart home appliances brand. Our mission is to offer cutting-edge products to the masses at affordable prices. We are rapidly growing, ever-evolving, and seeking new teammates to join us.This role will report to the Chief Digital Officer and take charge of managing our air-conditioner products.As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, commercialization, and operationalization and drive the growth of your product category. You are involved in full product lifecycle management which includes defining requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, market research, and business goals. You will work closely and support cross-functional teams and our partners and become the point of coordination for ensuring the products deliver the best value and experience for our customers. You will need to be able to build strong rapport, be curious, meticulous and have solid technical competency.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy by taking into consideration of the global view. e.g.: opportunities and target customers, initial development of the positioning, value proposition, pricing framework as well as initial capacity plans).</li> <li>Source, build and maintain relationships with our partners, working closely to design and manufacture new product models.</li> <li>You would be required to lead and drive product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, lead and drive product launches, develop and maintain user manuals, and manage product roadmaps and timelines.</li> <li>Partner with software development on the product requirements and oversee smart home integration for the product category.</li> <li>Identify and prioritize new product opportunities for the product category, based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis.</li> <li>Work with marketing to monitor and drive product success.</li> <li>Drive innovation within product areas with industry trends and best practices.</li> <li>Ensure senior management are up to date with reports and communication on the progress of the product category.</li> </ul>
