We are seeking a skilled Refrigerator Technician to join our team. As a Refrigerator Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will have chance to work on a variety of Prism products, but specialist in refrigerators. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including refrigerators, and some others prism products.</li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related problems.</li> <li>Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and fans.</li> <li>Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels.</li> <li>Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed.</li> <li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li> <li>Adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards for handling refrigerants and electrical systems.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li> <li>Stay updated with advancements in refrigeration technology, industry trends, and best practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/or manager</li> </ul>
